Hi! I'm Caren, 29 years old and business lawyer here in Luxembourg.  

I've always loved being around dogs and taking care of them, having grown up with a female golden retriever, who was a cherished part of our family. She lived a long and happy life until the age of 18, and my bond with her sparked a lifelong love for dogs (I still miss her after more than 10 years). 

I dream of having a dog of my own, but unfortunately, my job doesn't allow me to be home consistently enough to provide daily care. However, I do work from home two days a week and I'm available on weekends and public holidays - I would love to dedicate this time to spending time with dogs and helping care for them. 

I already have experience as a dog sitter. While living in France, I regularly looked after various dogs during weekends and holidays. Among other, I had caring for a Golden Retriever over the past six years. During his first two years, I looked after him three days a week and continued to care for him whenever his parents went on holiday. I've become his second home and I still help out when I’m able to travel back to France and his family needs support. On my profile, you can see pictures of him living his best life!

Please not that I can only take care of dogs at my place, either for day care and/or overnight stay.
