Hi! I'm Mags. I grew up on my grandparents farm in Lithuania where I first discovered my love for animals and nature and was surrounded by furry friends: be it dogs, cats, bunnies and for some time non domestic animals too. My grandpa and I did a lot of animal rescue from hit and runs and I fell in love with animal caring. My greatest companion was a dog we picked up at a shelter, who was the most loyal friend I have had. I am now an ethologist, animal behaviorist, and have worked with free-ranging dogs and cats in Morocco, as well as live stock guardian dogs in Portugal. Recently I have taken up some clinical ethology cases. I practise a non forceful, bond-driven care with animals, after all having free will is a strong value of mine. I've been working both with research instituions, but also nature conservation companies in the realm of ethology. 

From my own experience, I understand the struggle of having to leave a pet at home while travelling, or simply not having the time for taking them out and providing everything they might need. I myself have owned a cat, dogs and a ferret, and have been exposed to various animals all around. I do not have the time or resources to take care of a pet of my own, which is why I would love to help you out with yours.
