Hi, I’m Rhiannon! I’m a lifelong animal lover with over nine years of professional experience in dog walking and dog sitting in the UK, where I previously ran my own pet-care business. 

Working professionally with dogs for so many years has given me experience with a huge variety of breeds, sizes, ages and personalities. From tiny companion dogs to large breeds, puppies through to elderly dogs needing a little extra care. I am particularly experienced taking care of brachycephalic (flat faced) dogs with Experience cleaning their skin folds and keeping their temperature regulated. 

I have completed canine first aid training in the past as well as courses in dog behaviour, and I’m confident caring for dogs with individual routines and needs. I’m also experienced in administering medication where required.

A home-from-home stay

I live with my husband, our two young children and our own friendly dog Mia. I’m currently a stay at home mum, which means I spend a lot of time at home and your dog will have plenty of company during their stay.

I only accept one dog, or dogs from one family/household, at a time. This allows me to give our boarding guests lots of individual attention and helps keep our home calm and comfortable rather than having several unfamiliar dogs staying together.

Your dog will become part of our family during their stay, while I aim to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. This includes following their usual feeding schedule, walking routine, sleeping arrangements and any other instructions you provide.

Is our home right for your dog?

Because we have our own dog and two young children, I can only accept friendly, non-reactive dogs who are comfortable around children and another dog and who genuinely enjoy being part of family life.

Before accepting a booking, I’d like to learn about your dog’s personality, routine, likes and dislikes so that we can make sure they will be happy and comfortable in our home.

For me, good pet care is about much more than simply feeding and walking a dog. I want owners to be able to go away knowing their dog is safe, cared for, understood and genuinely welcomed into our family while they are here.
