Émile est très professionnel, sympathique et bienveillant. Il répond rapidement et prend le temps de s'assurer que les propriétaires disposent de toutes les informations dont ils ont besoin pour être rassurés. Dès les premiers échanges, il a su nous mettre en confiance.
Il est attentif au bien-être des animaux, en respectant leur rythme, leurs habitudes, leurs besoins et leur confort. Les petites attentions, comme les photos et les vidéos envoyées pendant les visites, permettent de suivre sereinement le quotidien de nos compagnons à quatre pattes :)

"I cannot recommend Jhosselyne highly enough! She went above and beyond everything she promised in her description and then some. Not only did she take exceptional care of my dog, keeping him happy, entertained, and maintaining his routine, but she also spent extra time playing with him, ensuring he got the love and attention he needed. When my dog unfortunately got sick while I was away, Jhosselyne handled the situation with such care and attention, going out of her way to make sure he was comfortable and safe.
One thing I especially appreciated were the regular updates with lots of pictures. It was so reassuring to see my dog happy and well-cared for even while I was away. "Nous avons eu la chance de confier notre chat Noir à Célia pendant cinq jours, et nous ne pourrions pas être plus satisfaits. Célia a été tout simplement incroyable : douce, attentionnée et très professionnelle. Noir est un chat très âgé et aveugle, ce qui demande une attention particulière, mais dès notre retour, il était détendu, serein et manifestement heureux. Cela prouve à quel point il s’est senti en sécurité et bien entouré.
