"Renato took great care of my cat - followed all my instructions (Renato did, my cat rarely does ;)) and ensured that my cat had a very nice time when I was away - with plenty of play time and pets and treats. Renato made sure to follow up with me and update daily on my cat’s mood, behavior and what she has eaten. It was very nice and reassuring to have him visit my cat daily and confirm that the cat was well taken care of. And as for any pet owner, it was heartwarming to see that Renato enjoyed taking care and playing with my pet-baby and was doing it with genuine affection and sympathy to the animal.
I think my cat herself gave the best review of Renato - she is usually quite shy, yet she accepted him right away, was keen to engage in playtime and gave him her best purrs.

"I couldn’t be happier with the care Xavier provided for my cat, Cleo. She’s a naturally shy and reserved cat, but Xavier went out of his way to make her feel safe and comfortable. He took the time to engage her with gentle play and patience, and it clearly paid off—she warmed up to him beautifully. Every day, Xavier sent me thoughtful updates with photos and videos, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. "Fernanda is the best cat sitter! From day one, she communicated promptly with us about our cat, sending us photos, videos, and messages. Our cat is very shy and no one can really approach her, but Fernanda worked magic, and Bagheera was taking treats from her hands and playing with her.
