Karine took such good care of our dog. The communication was great throughout the stay; we received constant photo and video updated which made it easier to leave our dog when on holidays. It felt like our dog was part of her family whilst we weren’t there. A very good experience which I recommend!"

"Flávia took wonderful care of my dog, Tokyo. She sent me photos and videos every day, and I could see that Tokyo felt completely at home, even sleeping in her bed! It is clear that Flávia truly loves animals. I felt relieved and completely at ease knowing that Tokyo was being so well looked after. I highly recommend Flávia, and Tokyo will definitely be staying with her again in the future!"

Sie hat sich nicht nur liebevoll um ihn gekümmert, sondern auch seine verletzte Pfote täglich gesäubert und desinfiziert. Mein Hund hat sich bei ihr sichtlich wohlgefühlt, und ich hatte jederzeit das gute Gefühl, ihn in den besten Händen zu wissen. "Laurence took very good care of our cat for two weeks. We got daily updates and pictures on how he was doing. We had peace of mind during our entire trip. Also, Laurence is very well experienced with animals and we could see that our cat adapted very well and quickly to her. We couldn’t have asked for better people to look after our dog. They were incredibly caring, empathetic, and attentive from start to finish. They kept us updated throughout the weekend with plenty of photos, videos and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind.

"Joshua was absolutely amazing! 😊
From the very beginning he was super friendly and helpful — he even came to our house to meet our two dogs beforehand, and at the end of the dog sitting he brought them back home for us as well. Our dogs had the best time with him! They had so much fun, were their usual naughty selves, and became attached to him immediately. Every day we received photos and videos of their adventures, games, and little mischievous moments, which made us feel so relaxed and happy.
Even after they managed to destroy two cushions (oops 😂), Joshua was incredibly kind and reassured us that it wasn’t a problem at all. You can really tell he loves animals and genuinely cares for them. He’s reliable, thoughtful, and super easy to communicate with. We will definitely be choosing him again as our dog sitter in the future! 🐶💕"

"Ines took wonderful care of our Fifi while we were away, and we couldn’t have left her in better hands. Fifi is quite a shy and cautious cat, but from the many photos and videos Ines sent us, we could immediately see how comfortable, relaxed and happy she was.
It was especially lovely to see how well she settled in and how at ease she was around Ines and her partner’s two beautiful cats. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that Fifi wasn’t just being well looked after, but genuinely felt at home.

"I had an excellent experience with Nathan and Natalia while I was away for the weekend. They took amazing care of Finn and kept me updated with plenty of pictures and videos, which was really reassuring. Finn was clearly very happy and comfortable with them, plus got so many walks.
Communication was great from start to finish, and it’s obvious that they are both very experienced and confident with dogs. Unfortunately, Finn had an intolerance to a medication he had to take and got sick during the stay. Despite this stressful situation, they handled everything calmly, responsibly, and with great care, keeping me informed and making sure Finn was safe and comfortable and loved.
I trust them 100% and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Finn with them again. I would be more than happy if they accept him another time. Thank you for your care! "

"I had an emergency need to find one day boarding for my adult German Shepherd. Pierpaolo was one of the very few to accept large dogs and he was brilliant in everything that involved in this boarding. Communication was instant and sharp accurate.
