I received regular updates, photos, and messages, so I always knew my dog was safe, happy, and being cared for with genuine kindness and affection. The best sign was when I came to pick him up — he was so relaxed and happy that it was hard to tell whether he wanted to leave or stay longer! I truly couldn’t recommend Olga more highly."

Also she updated us about Merli's status every day at different times (with pictures too).

"We highly recommend Sasha - she was a great host for our pup while we were on a last minute trip. She was very available and communicative notwithstanding the short notice we contacted her with. She took very good care of our dog, who particularly loved playing and chilling in her backyard and going on walks in the nearby park. She also provided timely daily updates on his day, which we appreciated.
We will definitely reach out to her again for our next trips!"
