"I am truly grateful to Natalie for her dedication in looking after Cleo. Natalie is a true cat lover and she went beyond her duties to make sure that Cleo felt loved and cared in my absence. I am always quite concerned when I go on vacation as Cleo has special needs due to a permanent eye condition and she is extremely shy. Natalie did an exceptional job with Cleo. She has so much experience and patience. When I came back I found my cat so happy, in such a good health and even more affectionate than usual.
