Paul

Since arriving in Luxembourg, Paul and Lama have scratched their itch for canine friends by spending a lot of weekends walking dogs at the animal shelter in Gasperich. They have also cared for other people's animals in their home on a regular basis.

They accept all dog types and are comfortable with both home visits, house sits, day-to-day dog walks and pet sitting. When dogs come to their home they are free to use the shared garden space (pictured) but will also be walked as per the dog's needs. If there are any specific sleeping arrangements required (dog needs to be in same room to sleep; sleeps in crate etc.) this can be arranged.

A bit of background: 

Paul is the main animal caregiver. Having grown up on a farm in Northern Wales, Paul is an avid lover of animals but he holds a special place in his heart for dogs - especially Labradors. Having been around dogs and cats from an early age, Paul feels most at home when he is around animals. Paul has looked after horses, goats, sheep, dogs, cats, cats that thought they were dogs, and dogs who thought they were sheep. He has also chased cows off of the front lawn so many times he could probably consider himself asome form of cow/ranch dog.

Paul has previous experience working for a pet sitting company. He was employed as a dog walker and pet sitter for over a year where he looked after a range of animals - from the tiniest, month old King Charles Spaniel through to an old female African Grey with a love for biting fingers. Animals are a big part of his life and he always looks to treat them as if they are his own.

Lama provides the all dogs with as many cuddles as she (and they) can possibly manage. Her first contact with dogs was through Paul introducing her to Paddy (in gallery), a very handsome labrador. Since then she has found her favourite dog is one that wants to curl up with her on the couch.
