Hello fellow Dog Lovers!

My name is Christine and I know first hand what a challenge it can be to find a good place for your dog when you need to travel. 

For our dog Pepper, we used kennels in the past but I was never comfortable with that option. Sometimes we would leave him with friends, but they were not always available. Because of this, we tried to plan our holidays to include him. I so often wished I could find good people who could care for him in the comfort of their home. When I found Pawshake I was thrilled and grateful as this was exactly what I was searching for!! It made traveling without our dog easier.

Sadly, our 14 year old Pepper passed away last summer. We currently have no pets in the house but, LOTS of LOVE to share! 

I am experienced and confident with dogs. I live in a spacious house and your dog is free to roam throughout and feel comfortable. My home has a completely fenced medium sized garden with one part grass and the other stone tiles. There is plently of room to play, roll around and get fresh air.

I enjoy dog walking around the farm and forest trails in the area and visiting the large dog park (fully fenced) in the neighborhood. I think it is a great place to let the dogs be off leash and burn their energy.  

Of course, each dog has different energy levels so please let me know what kind of exercise your dog needs and I will be glad to accomodate.

I work at home and I also sit for my friends dogs when they are traveling.

My three kids (8,12,13) and husband are also animal lovers and I think we can provide your dog with a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us!
