Recently our Schnauzer, Lily, died at the age of almost 13. I miss her, and going for walks together. While my wife and I intend to get another dog eventually, in the meantime I have the desire and ability to walk dogs or to host them (and cats too) in our home. Both my wife and I work primarily from home - one or both of us can almost always be there - so if we host a pet it will have plenty of company. We also have two young boys who are eager to have a pet in their lives again. We live in Gasperich, which has many parks (inlcuding dog parks) and is generally quite green. Though we live in a apartment I can easily pop out for walks mutiple times daily.  

For dog walking and check-ins I would generally limit my range to homes within a 2km radius (more or less) of Gasperich, though for host a pet the range would be much broader.
