"Javiera took wonderful care of our two kittens for a week in August, staying overnight at our home as well as visiting during the day. As it was our very first time entrusting our pets and home to a sitter, we naturally had some doubts at the beginning. However, after our initial meeting with Javiera, we immediately felt reassured—her kindness, professionalism, and genuine interest in our cats made it clear she was the right choice. Thanks to her presence, we were able to leave with complete peace of mind. She kept us updated several times a day with messages, photos, and videos, which showed just how comfortable and happy our cats were in her care. Elle s’est occupée de nos trois chiens, chacun avec son caractère bien particulier, et elle a su respecter leurs habitudes et leur manière d’être, comme si elle les connaissait depuis toujours. Elle a tout pris en main avec soin et douceur : les promenades, les repas, les câlins, même les petits détails de leur routine quotidienne.
